    Oh no, no more "geographical imagination", I've had enough already, really can't reach a hegemony in this one, no wonder the concept is contested by people. Ha! Supposed to be one of the papers which poses less threat and stress to me but somehow, I spent most of my study time on this one. I'm just relieved that it's over and luckily I spotted most or rather all questions. Phew. Seriously, dunno what the lecturers were thinking, 30 minutes per essay, 4 questions, 1 question 3-4 pages, it's like rushing for an airplane. Totally insane. And the readings for a GEM module, way way too much for a Level 1 module.

    Oh yay, one more paper left! But 3 more days to it though. I shall start relaxing only after that. No, I shouldn't think. No jog. No swim. But the sun looks so great. Sulk. Can i resist the temptation? Hmm..

    Back to study soon, I hope.

    I hereby proclaimed myself to be diagnosed with some kind of horrible emotional disease.
    These days, I seem to be in a constant state of melanchony.
    There is this constitutional tendency to be somewhat depressed? I don't know.

    I hope this will be just a periodical morose caused by the upcoming examination; I hope. I'd rather self-enhance than to self-verify right now. See, I think I'm going bonkers with the exam. But somehow, I have a hunch that it isn't so simple -- not exam? Then what?

    Hmm.. Enough babbling, go study..

    Study

    I just realized that
    1. my last lecture was GEK1001, Place, Environment and Society;
    2. my last tutorial was PL3239, Industrial and Organizational Psychology;
    3. my last lecture theatre was LT11;
    4. my last tutorial classroom was AS6, #02-06;
    5. my last visit to a NUS canteen was The Terrace@Biz;
    if I make up my mind to graduate this semester.

    Tuesday

    Begrudge me! I had a really really wonderful long weekend!

    Of course, I shamefully filtered words and synonyms associated with "school" and "work". Get what I mean? Work and play just don't fit together in my dictionary. Of course, I very much want them to, especially in my future job, hopefully soon as well because exam is coming and weekends should be strictly dedicated to work and only work. Sulk.

    Alright enough of work. Back to the main stream, come back all of you. My long weekend began last Thursday, since Friday is a good Friday, and it is still ongoing. *Grins* It has been some time since I really, totally and completely let/allow myself to go wild and indulge in every minute spend, be it on food, shopping, gym etc. I forgot what I did on Thursday though, but I remembered no work, only play. I shall add a tinge of guilt in that too although I sounded so high spirited.

    Friday was really great too. Met up with my dear Ps, finally (I've been promising to meet up but we couldn't find a time to meet up). Of course, we had our all time favourite ktv session and as promised, S.H.E! Oh oh oh, and the Marina Square KBox outlet is superb lah! Totally different system. This new system subsumes the old one and the screen had a pretty layout, embedded with pearl-like green bubbles, displaying all the singers. Pretty cool I thought. The Kbox lunch set was generous and of a higher standard too. Mic quality checked. Sound system checked. All in all, it was (surprisingly) surpassingly good. And, they had buffet dinner package too! Never try before.

    Retail therapy still works better than any lavender tea for stress relief. Paradoxically, I bought my long awaited floral tea! Not lavender, but rose buds. Smells so nice. Mmmm.. Anyway, we shopped like there's no tomorrow. Before you sentence me to shoppaholic-ing, wait, the quantity of time spent on shopping was't proportional to the amount we spent. I was/am a shopper, no -holic.

    I so so so so want to try out the Donut Factory. But the queue was so drastically long and the time which took the queue to move was even longer. Hence, I lost the patience. Hmm, actually not quite, it wasn't exactly the issue of patience but we went too late. Sigh.

    In retrospect, Sarturday wasn't particularly that pleasant at all. It was supposedly my Dear's free day for me (finally!). We had such a nice itinerary planned. BUT. I spent the whole day at home, with Yuki giving me that scornful expression, sneering at me as I rushed in and out of the WC. My poor tummy. On a brighter note, I got to spend the whole day doing stuffs which I usually would never include in my plan. And of course, leisure! In silkroad and C & C 3! Sometimes, it makes me wonder if I am a girl afterall, more so because of C & C but lesser of SRO (You'd be amazed how many girlfriends I made there). Fancy hooking up all these games designed to our amazing gadget -- the PC. But believe me, it was fun! And I hate to admit, SRO has become more of my MSN. Shucks, I talk too much! And oh, finally, Casino Royale! Yes, but better late than never, right?

    Flexible as it seemed, Saturday's itinerary automatically shifted to Sunday. But we missed some because we started late. It was a simple and casual but "branded" shopping trip. Not for me. But for my dear bunny. And how smart Gordon looked in suit in the LV Boutique! Long time no see dude -- might explain why he took some time to recognize me. But anyway, boutiques hopping with bunny, how cliche. Heehee. I shan't go into the details. But the outcome I assured you, was a pleasure and satisfied one. It was a good buy, nice briefcase!

    With all the sinful indulgence in food and all sorts of silly and out of the blue cravings, my newly-formed fat cells (fortunately) are eager to burn out. Swimming and some running last week were insufficient. I decided to hit the gym today. Thanks to Ian, I got my California Fitness Membership Card! My first experience of a commercialized workout place, such a great difference from the nature, or rather, my usual workout places. I do not consider Hyatt to be one though because the main purpose of Hyatt gym isn't similar to California Fitness and cannot be compared to Cailifornia Fitness, although to some extent, perhaps so. Anyway, it was a totally awesome experience lah! Not that I never run on treadmill with glass windows in front (no, no people watching you sweat. Not the orchard branch), not that I never use the gym often, not that it has a steam and sauna.. Not to mentioned those cos they are and should be the fundamental of a commercialized gym but the idea of a high class fitness centre, it totally made it. The whole place just seemingly portrayed an exhalted ideal, a concept so noble and lofty. Every part of the gym was like "Deluxe! Exercise in style!". 2 thumbs up. Unlike some country clubs, the changing rooms, steam/sauna and the showers were sparkling clean. Oblivious to say, Jackie Chan was everywhere; there was even a little "Jackie Chan Energy Bar" selling energy bars and juices, what an apt name. I had my workout in a refreshing and renewing way. So cool, awesome experience!

    The last semester is coming to a fruition. Deadlines and assignments are coming to an end and the lectures, topics and readings are reaching their finale. Yay!

    Does that call for a celebration? I'm quite bewildered though. Perhaps I'm just overwhelmed by the recent events. Since my Birthday, everything else had been a whirlwind for the past few weeks or so. I'm fatigued, cells in the body are deteriorating.

    I need an extra dose of vitamin P (P for Play). Hopefully, that helps.
